Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 11/07/2025
Welcome to ItalyMotoTours.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services Overview
ItalyMotoTours.com offers travel booking services for trips, tours, and related services, including accommodation, transportation, and activities. The actual services are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Support vehicle availability is based on the final number of confirmed riders (minimum 4) at the time the tour takes place.
3. Booking Process
- Creating a Booking: To book a trip, you must complete the booking form on our website. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
4. Payment Terms
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.
- An additional 20% payment is due 90 days before the tour start date.
- The remaining 60% balance must be paid in full 60 days before the tour start date.
- If the required payments are not received by the stated deadlines, the booking may be cancelled and the amounts already paid will follow the cancellation policy.
- You can make payments directly in USD, and we will confirm your selected motorcycle category (Premium or Top-End) and any additional requests upon booking.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and transparent as possible. Because we secure hotels and motorcycles 6–8 months in advance, we need a slightly longer notice period to guarantee availability and keep our tours running smoothly.
- If you decide to cancel 150 days or more before the start date, we will fully refund the deposit paid.
- For cancellations made from 149 to 90 days prior to the start date, the deposit becomes non refundable, but we will issue a credit of equal value, valid for any tour in the following year.
- For cancellations made from 89 to 60 days prior to the start date, the deposit and the second 20% payment will be lost, and no refund or credit will be given.
- For cancellations made within 60 days of the start date, the entire tour amount will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
6. Travel Documentation and Requirements
- Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your destination. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from improper documentation.
- Health and Vaccinations: You must meet all health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations. Consult with your healthcare provider well in advance of travel.
- Personal Responsibility: By booking with us, you acknowledge that travel involves certain risks. You agree to assume all risks and waive any claims against us related to personal injury, illness, or death.
7. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.
