Creating a Booking: To book a trip, you must complete the booking form on our website. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, and PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a deposit option is offered.
Deposit: If applicable, you may reserve your booking with a deposit. Full payment is required by 30 days before departure.
Currency: All prices are quoted in $ US Dollars. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees your payment provider may impose.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

Cancellation by Customer: To cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- For cancellations from the tour made between 59 and 30 days before the start of the tour, the deposit is retained but can be used as a deposit for a subsequent tour, even the following year.
  If you cancel the tour after less than 30 days, 50% of the tour amount will be lost.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or travel restrictions. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Modifications by Customer: If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least [30] days prior to departure. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Modifications by Us: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary. Significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

6. Travel Documentation and Requirements

Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your destination. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from improper documentation.
Health and Vaccinations: You must meet all health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations. Consult with your healthcare provider well in advance of travel.
Personal Responsibility: By booking with us, you acknowledge that travel involves certain risks. You agree to assume all risks and waive any claims against us related to personal injury, illness, or death.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.
