Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Italy Moto Tours, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency in our refund and cancellation policies. Please review the following terms carefully before booking your tour with us.

1. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 45 days before the tour’s start date.
• You can make payments directly in USD, and we will confirm your selected motorcycle category (Premium or Top-End) and any additional requests upon booking.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible:

• If you decide to cancel the tour at least 90 days before the start date there are no problems: we will fully refund the deposit paid.

• For cancellations made from the 89th to the 45th day prior to the tour start date or for non-payment of the tour balance by 45 days prior to the tour start date, the deposit will be held and not refunded.

• For cancellations made less than 45 days before the tour start date the entire tour amount will be lost and no refund will be given.

3. Cancellation by the Company

• In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or failure to meet the minimum number of participants), we will:
  • Offer a full refund of all payments made, or
  • Provide an option to reschedule the tour without additional fees.

  Tours require a minimum of 6 participants (including riders and passengers) to proceed. We will notify you if the tour is canceled before the balance payment is due, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and will be credited back to the original payment method.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any personal travel-related expenses that may arise, including flights, accommodations, or last-minute cancellations.
