Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Italy Moto Tours, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency in our refund and cancellation policies. Please review the following terms carefully before booking your tour with us.

1. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the start date of the tour.
• You can make payments directly in USD, and we will confirm your selected motorcycle category (Premium or Top-End) and any additional requests upon booking.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible:

• Cancellations Made 60 Days or More Before the Tour: You will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
• Cancellations Made Between 59 and 30 Days Before the Tour: The deposit will be retained, but it can be applied as a deposit for a future tour, even if you reschedule for the following year.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before the Tour: Unfortunately, 50% of the total tour amount will be lost if you cancel within this time frame.

3. Cancellation by the Company

• In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or failure to meet the minimum number of participants), we will:
  • Offer a full refund of all payments made, or
  • Provide an option to reschedule the tour without additional fees.

  Tours require a minimum of 6 participants (including riders and passengers) to proceed. We will notify you if the tour is canceled before the balance payment is due, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and will be credited back to the original payment method.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any personal travel-related expenses that may arise, including flights, accommodations, or last-minute cancellations.
