Itinerary
This 8-day, 7-night tour is for riders who want more than a road—they want a feeling. We start and finish in Rome and cover about 1,000 km (620 miles) of easy-to-love roads: coastal curves, gentle mountain twisties, and quiet country lanes. You’ll explore Naples and the ruins of Pompeii, ferry out to Ischia for a half day at a famous thermal park, and follow the cliffside route to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and hilltop Ravello.
It’s ideal for intermediate riders and perfect for couples who want a balance of riding, history, and downtime. Evenings are relaxed: hand-picked 4-star hotels (many with sea views) and authentic dinners in local restaurants. You ride light thanks to a support vehicle, and a certified Italian motorcycle guide leads the way with daily briefings and on-road help.
We handle the ferries, the bags—every detail—so you can just enjoy la dolce vita on two wheels. For the best weather and golden views, aim for April or September.
Check in to your hotel in the historic center. Stretch your legs with a self-guided walk—from the Colosseum to the Spanish Steps—then meet your tour leader for a welcome briefing and group dinner at a classic Roman trattoria.
Your first riding day winds through the vineyard-covered Castelli Romani and into the curve-rich Monti Aurunci. Drop to the coast near Gaeta and follow the scenic shoreline south to Pozzuoli, just outside Naples, for the night.
Spend the morning exploring the ruins of Pompeii. In the afternoon, dive into Naples’ historic streets and legendary food scene. Cap the day with a loop through the Campi Flegrei—lakes, craters, and coastal vistas tailor-made for motorcycles.
Ferry to Ischia for a full day on the island. Ride the coastal loop with stops at panoramic overlooks and fishing villages. Visit Ischia Ponte and the Aragonese Castle, then unwind at a renowned thermal park. Overnight on Ischia.
Return by morning ferry and ride the coast to Sorrento for lunch and free time—boutiques, crafts, leather, and Limoncello. Continue on the legendary Amalfi Coast to arrive in postcard-perfect Positano.
Ride deeper into the Amalfi Coast with three highlights: the dramatic Fiordo di Furore, the historic town of Amalfi, and hilltop Ravello with its famed gardens and sweeping sea views.
Finish the remaining stretch of the coast—Minori, Maiori, and Vietri sul Mare—an unforgettable sequence of bends and panoramas. Enjoy a relaxing seaside lunch, then return to Rome for a farewell dinner and your final overnight stay.
Breakfast and individual departures. Transfer service available on request.
